Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a Limato Pro subscription. We want you to be satisfied with Limato, and we try to keep this policy simple and fair.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with Limato Pro for any reason, email [email protected] within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Billing & Merchant of Record

All payments for Limato Pro are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and any applicable chargebacks on our behalf.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund of your first Limato Pro payment within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address associated with your subscription and include your order ID (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt).

Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Your Pro access is removed and your subscription is cancelled.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this 14-day window also serves as your statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Note that if you request immediate access to Pro features at checkout, you expressly acknowledge that the digital service begins to be supplied immediately and that your statutory right of withdrawal is limited accordingly — however, our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above still applies.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Limato Pro subscription at any time from the customer portal link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or by emailing [email protected].

4. Renewals after the 14-day window

After the initial 14-day window, Limato Pro is generally non-refundable — including recurring monthly renewals. Because Limato is a self-serve subscription and you can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal, we do not offer refunds for charges that occur after you have used the product beyond that window.

That said, we look at edge cases individually. If you believe your situation is exceptional (for example, an unintended renewal on an unused account, a duplicate charge, or a technical issue that prevented you from using the product), email us and we will review it.

The Free tier of Limato does not involve any payment, so refunds do not apply. You can uninstall the extension at any time to stop using the service.

7. Processing time

We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Once a refund is approved and issued by Lemon Squeezy, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.
